Refund policy

Returns are happily accepted within 14 days of receipt for a refund. From 14-30 days after receipt returns are accepted for in store credit only. Returns/refunds/exchanges cannot be processed after 30 days of receipt. Clothing and shoes may not be exchanged after wear. All clearance items cannot be returned for credit or refund. No exceptions. Customer must have original receipt and original tags must be attached. for in store returns receipt look up may be accessible for customers with accounts in our system. ID must match account information and person making return. All online orders can be returned by mail at customer's expense. Customer is liable for merchandise until we have received the return. Please allow 5-7 business days for online returns to be accepted and refunded. Returns can be refused if all of the criteria is not met.
